I believe this is the future of real estate investing and it’s coming fast. Right now, when I structure a deal for investors, the process looks like this: Form an LLC Issue ownership shares Draft legal docs like a subscription agreement & PPM And once you’re in… there’s usually no option to sell your shares. Tokenization changes all of that. By placing the agreement & PPM into a smart contract tied to a digital token, everything becomes transparent, secure, and recorded on the blockchain. Investors could then trade those tokens on a secondary market, unlocking liquidity that doesn’t exist today. Private real estate investments will be as easy to buy and sell as stocks. The only question is: how long until every deal is structured this way? #realestate #buyingahome #realestateinvestors
