ARGuy Ritchie has a deep interest in fashion, and was very concerned with the wardrobe for the film. To prepare Charlie Hunnam for his role, Ritchie took him clothing shopping to get a feel for his character. The tracksuits Colin Farrell and his gang wear were custom. Lonsdale, a British sportswear retailer, created replicas after the movie released. They are available to purchase.
Hugh Grant revealed on The Graham Norton Show that he had not met Matthew McConaughey during the shoot of The Gentlemen (2019). In fact, the first time they met was on that same Graham Norton show.
The pint glasses in the film bear the name "Lore of the Land," a pub owned by director Guy Ritchie (with footballer David Beckham) in Fitzrovia, central London.
