Perfect for any meal! ⁠ REMINDER to bookmark for the complete recipe 🔖⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ *3 cups Arrowhead Mills Unbleached Bread Flour ⁠ *1 tbsp instant yeast ⁠ *1 tsp salt ⁠ *1/4 cup sugar ⁠ *1 cup warm milk ⁠ *1 large egg (room temperature)⁠ *1/3 cup unsalted butter⁠ ⁠ Instructions:⁠ ⁠ 1. In a large bowl, combine instant yeast, sugar, salt, and 3 cups of Arrowhead Mills Unbleached Bread Flour.⁠ 2. Add milk and egg, then stir well to combine. Add butter and stir, then knead the dough for 7-9 minutes until it becomes smooth but still slightly tacky.⁠ 3. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and divide it into 16 equal portions.⁠ 4. Round and smooth the dough into balls.⁠ 5. Place the rolls in a lightly greased or lined pan.⁠ 6. Cover the rolls and let them rise for about 10 minutes.⁠ 7. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

Homemade Dinner Rolls🍞🧈 Ingredients: • 1 cup (240 ml) warm whole milk (needs to be 110°F otherwise it will kill the yeast, use a thermometer) • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar (divided) • 1 egg • ¼ cup (56 g) unsalted butter, softened • 1 tsp salt • 3 cups (390 g) of bread flour Honey butter: • 4 Tbsp melted butter + 1-2 Tbsp honey @vitalfarms Instructions: 1. Warm the milk and whisk it with 1 tablespoon of sugar and the yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it looks foamy on top. Make sure you use a thermometer for the milk, needs to be 110°F, higher than that will kill the yeast and your bread won’t rise. 2. After 5 minutes, Add the remaining sugar, egg, softened butter, salt, and 1 cup of flour. Mix with your stand mixer using the paddle attachment, then add the rest of the flour and mix until combined. 3. Switch your attachment to a dough hook, and start kneading for a few minutes (about 5-8) If the dough is too sticky and not holding well, add 1 tbsp flour, but be careful not to add too much of dough will dry out. The dough should be soft, slightly sticky, but still easy to handle. After 5-8 minutes, poke it with your finger, if it bounces back, it’s ready! 4. Add a little bit of oil to a bowl and place the dough, turning it to coat with the oil on both sides. Cover with plastic cover and a clean towel, and let it rise somewhere warm (microwave it’s a good choice) for 1.5 - 2 hours, or until doubled in size. 5. Punch the dough down, divide into 14–16 pieces, and shape each piece into a smooth ball by tucking the edges underneath. 6. Arrange in a baking dish, cover again with plastic wrap and a clean towel and let them get puffy (about 1 hour). 7. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350°F for 20- 25 minutes, until golden on top. 8. While they’re warm, brush with honey butter and enjoy! #vitalfarmsvff

Do you love baking fresh dinner rolls at home? Freshly baked, Soft, fluffy, and absolutely delicious, these pav buns or dinner rolls are made with simple ingredients. Ingredients: 4 cups bread flour 4 tbsp butter (Room temperature) 1 cup warm whole milk 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp active dry yeast (i used @fleischmannsyeast 1 pouch) 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp salt Instructions: Step 1. Activate the yeast: a. In a small bowl, combine warm whole milk, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy. Step 2. Gather all the ingredients: Step 3. Prepare the dough: a. In the mixing bowl of your KitchenAid stand mixer, add the flour and salt. Mix briefly. b. Add the activated yeast mixture to the flour. c. Start the stand mixer on low speed using the dough hook attachment. d. Gradually add water while the mixer is running until the dough comes together. e. Add butter and continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. This might take around 10-15 minutes. Step 4. First Proofing: a. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl of @instantpotofficial and let it proof for 1 hour and 30 mins on yogurt mode Step 5. Shaping the Pav: a. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and knead it for a few minutes on a floured surface. b. Divide the dough into 15 equal-sized portions, shaping each into a ball. Step 6. Place the balls in a greased baking dish ( 9 inch x 13 inch), making sure they are close together but not touching. d. Cover the dish and let the dough balls rise for an additional 30-45 minutes at warm place. Step 7. a. Preheat your oven to 375°F. b. Once the dough balls have risen again, give all the pavs milk wash. bake them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes and broil for 1-2 mins on high until the tops are golden brown. Save this for later 😉 Ingredients • 2 cups warm milk • 4½ tsp instant yeast • 4 tbsp sugar or 3 tbsp honey • 2 eggs • ½ cup room-temp butter (or Becel) • 2 tsp sea salt • ~6 cups all-purpose flour Steps Whisk warm milk, yeast, and 2 tbsp sugar. Rest 5 min until foamy. Add remaining sugar/honey, eggs, butter, salt, and flour gradually. Humidity has opinions, so trust the dough: • Too sticky → add flour (1 tsp at a time) • Too dry → splash of milk First rise 1–2 hrs (oven light ON works great). Divide into 28 rolls (~53 g) and place in a 10×15 greased pan. Second rise until puffy. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 min (lower rack). Brush with butter and try not to eat them all. I also like to weigh out all of the dough and divide it by the number of rolls the recipe makes. Then I weigh each portion to ensure they’re all the same size. No fighting over the biggest roll, and no rolls that get overly browned or underbaked.
