ZURumus FILTER di Excel - Cara Tampilkan Data Otomatis! ๐
Kali ini, kita akan belajar cara menampilkan data secara otomatis di Excel dengan rumus FILTER. Dengan cara ini, kamu tidak perlu lagi menyalin data satu per satu secara manual, karena hasilnya langsung muncul sesuai kota atau kriteria yang kamu inginkan.
Langkah-Langkahnya:
1. Siapkan data
Pastikan kamu sudah memiliki tabel data yang berisi kolom Nama, Kota, dan Jabatan. Misalnya data berada di range A2:C15.
2. Gunakan rumus FILTER
Ketikkan rumus berikut di cell kosong tempat kamu ingin menampilkan hasilnya:
=FILTER(A2:C15,B2:B15=โMakassarโ)
Penjelasan:
Rumus ini akan menampilkan semua baris dari tabel A2:C15 di mana kolom Kota (B2:B15) berisi kata โMakassarโ. Hasilnya langsung muncul otomatis tanpa perlu filter manual.
3. Ubah kriteria kota
Kamu juga bisa menampilkan data dari kota lain. Cukup ganti kata โMakassarโ dengan kota yang diinginkan, misalnya:
=FILTER(A2:C15,B2:B15=โJakartaโ)
Maka hasilnya akan menampilkan seluruh data karyawan yang berasal dari Jakarta.
Penjelasan:
Metode ini sangat efisien untuk memilah data berdasarkan kriteria tertentu seperti kota, jabatan, atau divisi tanpa harus membuat salinan tabel baru setiap kali.
Excel Versi:
Rumus FILTER tersedia di Excel 365 dan Excel 2021. Selain itu, cara ini juga bisa digunakan di Google Sheets dengan rumus yang sama.

EXFungsi rumus MOD adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil sisa dari pembagian, karena itu rumus ini bisa menghitung jam kerja, karena rumus MOD akan menambahkan 24 am ke angka pengurangan yang hasilnya negatif (contohnya shift malam) sehingga membuat hasilnya jadi positif
