First of all your mind is the strongest part of all of it, if your head is saying keep going then you will have a much better chance of actually keeping going because you can do this! When you start out, try and go with friends or join a group that will encourage you, this made such a difference to me. My friends literally said "right run to the next bin" and it works. Have visible targets, give yourself a breather then start again. Having proper running trainers is a must. I can't tell you what a difference it makes. Plus go half a size up or get properly measured. My breathing for me is a lot of the struggle, when I feel like I'm flagging I take 3 breaths through my nose, I don't know why but it really helps me keep going. Using an app like @strava helps because it pushes me to beat my times and see your achievements. If you get followers who are like minded they will give you a boost with kudos likes 😝 I run much better when I've fuelled my body rather than on empty, picking the right things to eat and making sure you're hydrated 💦 Hope this helps anyone who is starting out because I was that girl that never ran, I wasn't a runner and now I'd like to think I really am 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🫶🏻 #runningbeginner #runningtips #keeponrunning

Eine langsame Steigerung hilft deinem Körper, sich anzupassen. 🫁 3. Finde deinen Atemrhythmus Ein gleichmäßiger Atem (z. B. 3 Schritte ein – 3 Schritte aus) hilft dir, entspannter zu laufen und deinen Puls zu kontrollieren. 👟 4. Kürzere Schritte laufen Eine höhere Schrittfrequenz mit kleineren Schritten ist oft effizienter und belastet die Gelenke weniger. 🚲 5. Zone-2 auch ohne Laufen trainieren Grundlagenausdauer kannst du auch super auf dem Bike, Rudergerät oder Crosstrainer verbessern. ⚡ 6.
