He is a defeated creature who survives on fear, confusion, temptation, and distraction. His power today is entirely parasitic. He cannot create, he can only distort. He cannot conquer, he can only wear people down slowly and convince them that the fight is still undecided. It is not. The war is over. The only thing left is whether you stand where Michael stood or whether you listen to a voice that has already lost. That is why the Church does not rely on spectacle or theatrics. It teaches prayer, discipline, and obedience. The Saint Michael Prayer is not dramatic because it needs to be impressive. It is direct because it is rooted in reality. When you pray it, you are not asking for your own strength to rise up. You are placing yourself under the same authority that cast Satan down in the first place. That is why fear retreats. That is why oppression cracks. That is why darkness recoils. If you ever find yourself overwhelmed, tempted, anxious, or spiritually attacked, do not negotiate with it. Do not spiral. Do not think you are weak. Say the prayer. Say it clearly. Say it seriously. You are not alone, and Satan knows exactly how this story ends.
