Hace mucho tiempo que deje de comprar pescado y solo como lo que pesco, no solo por la frescura y calidad del producto si no porque yo soy el único responsable de realizar la captura y todo lo que significa llevarlo a la mesa. De esta manera no solo me aseguro que llegue con la mejor calidad y aprovechando al máximo el producto, sino también, que es extraído de la forma mas responsable y sostenible que se pueda. No siempre se puede lograr una pesca, pero cuando la logro soy el mas agradecido, porque es un privilegio poder capturar lo que comes con tus propias manos. Es aun mas increíble poder compartir esto con tus seres queridos y que disfruten de tu esfuerzo. Esta última semana pude pasar algunos dias con toda mi familia en uno de mis lugares favoritos y tuve la suerte de poder alimentarlos por una semana con diversos tipos de pescados que me brindo nuestro mar. Comimos muy rico disfrutando diferentes tipos de preparaciones. Muy agradecido con todo lo que nos brinda nuestro mar y estas experiencias unicas! 🐟🙏🏻 Cuidemos nuestro mar, no a la pesca ilegal!! . NIRecordando un día de pesca de orilla increíble!! 🐟🔝🙏🏻 Siempre con el mejor equipo de @waqtape !! @roballenspearfishing @salvimar.spearfishing .
* Para los haters: las chitas normalmente se pescan en la orilla, prácticamente en la rompiente. Por las condiciones de nuestro mar, pocas veces puedes pescarlas. Es muy raro encontrar condiciones perfectas, ese día estuvo increíble y le sacamos provecho. Salimos a las 5 am y regresamos a las 5 pm, todo el día pescando en varios lugares. Las chitas normalmente están en cardúmenes que pueden llegar hasta mas de 5 tons. La pesca submarina, siendo la mas selectiva, te permite escoger las mas grandes del cardumen y aunque quieras sacar todas, después de sacar una o dos, lo mas probable es que se vayan. Ese día estaba increíble, habían muchas chitas y grandes. Tuve la suerte de encontrar varios cardúmenes en distintos lugares y pude sacar una o dos de cada lugar escogiendo las mas grandes. La talla mínima de la chita es aprox 500grs, la chita mas pequeña peso 1.5kgs y la mas grande 4 kgs. Toda la pesca fue compartida entre la tripulación, familia y amigos.
