INGREDIENTES - 1/2 xícara de água (120 ml) - 2 colheres (sopa) manteiga (40g) - 1 colher (sopa) açúcar Cristal (15g) - 1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo Cristal (60g) - 2 ovos - Açúcar Cristal para finalizar 🔸 Medida da xícara: 240ml MODO DE PREPARO: Em uma panela, coloque ½ xícara de água, 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga e 1 colher (sopa) de açúcar Cristal. Leve ao fogo até derreter. Em seguida, desligue o fogo e acrescente ½ xícara de Farinha de Trigo Cristal, mexendo bem. Ligue o fogo novamente e cozinhe a massa por 2 a 3 minutos, até começar a soltar da panela. Transfira a massa para uma tigela e deixe esfriar um pouco. Acrescente 2 ovos e misture bem até a massa ficar lisa e brilhante. Coloque a massa em um saco de confeiteiro e utilize um bico de pitanga aberta. Unte uma assadeira com manteiga e vai fazendo as rosquinhas em formato de O. Polvilhe açúcar Cristal por cima e leve ao forno preaquecido a 200 °C por cerca de 35 minutos.
