Let’s make some BBQ meatballs! 1lb ground beef 1/2lb ground pork 1/2 breadcrumbs I used @porkkinggood pork rind crumbs 1/4 cup milk 1 large egg 1 small onion finely diced 2 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika BBQ sauce 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1-combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let set a few minutes for breadcrumbs to absorb milk. Add meat, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix gently with hands until just combined and then form into meatballs and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet 2-place meatballs in 400 degree preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until browned on the outside but not fully cooked. 3-while the meatballs are cooking make the sauce. Combine all sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 4-transfer partially cooked meatballs to the sauce stirring to coat each meatballs. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. 5-ENJOY! #muckaluckbbq #bbq #mnfoodie #homechef #homechefs

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 8 ounces frozen soy crumbles 8 ounces ground beef 2/3 cup dry breadcrumbs ½ cup minced onion ¼ cup plain soymilk 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup soybean oil (vegetable oil) 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce 1 jar (10 ounces) grape jelly 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 ~ Mix the first 9 ingredients together. Gently shape into 1-inch balls. Pour oil into large skillet and heat until hot, add meatballs and brown. Remove meatballs from skillet. ~ Heat chili sauce and jelly in the skillet until jelly is melted, stirring constantly. Add meatballs and stir until coated. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Pour mixture into a chafing dish and serve hot. Makes approximately 5 dozen meatballs.

Garlic Ginger Meatballs with Creamy Honey Sriracha Sauce Meatballs: 2 lbs ground meat (turkey, chicken, pork, beef, or a combo!) 1 small onion, minced 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp of ground ginger or minced ginger 4 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup panko Sauce: 1/2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp mayo 3 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp soy sauce Sriracha to taste Bake meatballs at 425°F for ~18 min or until internal temp is 165°F. Makes about 24 meatballs. Serve over rice with garlic roasted green beans or broccoli. This would also be amazing over noodles. Better than takeout 🍚✨ RECIPE AS ALWAYS⬇️ Meatballs: -1lb ground beef -1/2 cup panko bread crumbs -1 egg -3 green onion -1 tbsp chili sauce -3 tbsp soy sauce -1 tsp sesame oil -2 tbsp brown sugar -Salt -Pepper -1 tbsp garlic Cook meatballs on the skillet until cooked about halfway, then I throw them in the oven at 375° 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked. Korean BBQ Meatballs ✨ This is one of my favorite recipes to make and meal prep! It never gets old and comes out amazing every time! To make it you’ll need: For the Meatballs: 1 lb (450g) ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork) ½ cup panko breadcrumbs 1 egg 2 cloves garlic, minced 1-inch piece ginger, grated 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp sesame oil ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 2 green onions, finely chopped For the Korean BBQ Glaze: ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar 1 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp garlic, minced 1 tsp ginger, minced 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (to thicken) Step 1: Prep the Meatball Mixture 🥦 Combine all meatball ingredients, hand mixing gently until just combined. Step 2: Shape the Meatballs 🥦 Roll the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Step 3: Cook the Meatballs 🥦 Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat with a bit of oil. Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through (about 10-12 minutes). Step 4: Make the Korean BBQ Glaze 🥦 While the meatballs cook, prep the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine everything but the cornstarch. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in the cornstarch slurry (1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water) and let the sauce thicken for 1-2 minutes. Step 5: Coat the Meatballs 🥦 Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and toss them in the warm Korean BBQ glaze until fully coated. Step 6: Garnish and Serve 🥦 Serve with your choice of rice and veggie, and garnish with chopped green onion Step 7: Enjoy!! #foodisfuel #mealprep #mealideas
