To better understand how to treat it, we first have to understand what type of sciatica you’re dealing with & where the root of the pain is: 1️⃣ If your pain travels down the back of your leg into your outer foot you’re likely dealing with S1 nerve compression 2️⃣ If your pain travels on the outside of your leg & goes into your shin, you’re likely dealing with L5 nerve compression 3️⃣ If your pain travels from your low back into the front of your quad you’re likely dealing with L4 nerve compression Once you understand the root of the pain, you can start eliminating it and recover from sciatica for good!
