My simple lemon & poppyseed bread recipe makes 1 mini loaf: 💛 6 heaped tbsp self raising flour (or plain all purpose with 1tsp baking powder) 💛 4 tbsp greek or soya yoghurt 💛 1/3 tsp salt 💛 1 tsp poppyseeds 💛 1/2 lemon juice and zest 1️⃣ Mix everything in a bowl to make a soft and smooth pliable dough ball. 2️⃣ Use floured hands to create a boule shape. It should not be sticky. Score a cross-cross on top. 3️⃣ Air fry on 180C for 12-15 mins (air fry mode) or oven bake on 180C for 30 mins. Preheat airfryer to 320°F 2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. 3. Sprinkle (or dump) in 1 tablespoon baking powder and mix well. 4. Add the milk powder gradually (about ¼ cup at a time), stirring until it forms a soft, sticky dough. 5. Prepare airfryer tray with parchment paper (or grease well if not using parchment). 6.
