HORMONE BALANCING, SEED- CYCLING GRANOLA for FEMALE SUPPORT (and kids love it too) REMEMBER SEED CYCLING?? Eating seeds to support your hormones and balance your oestrogen & progesterone depending on your menstrual cycle (or according to moon cycles if you are in peri-menopause like me!) I added other women supporting ingredients like Saffron (reduces hormonal swings 😬), Gulkand (strengthens your uterus), Manuka (high in iron). The deeper I go into hormone nutrition, actually what we women need is to feel JUICY. Whether it’s good fats (or fat first in the morning), definitely eating breakfast within an hour of waking up, moisturising your skin, getting massaged or orgasmed, we need the opposite of feeling bored, lonely, tired, unsexy. What makes you feel juicy? A good night out dancing always makes me feel AMAZING! Ask me something about Hormones! HORMONE BALANCE GRANOLA Ingredients 1 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup walnuts 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes 1/4 cup hemp hearts ¼ cup chia seeds ¼ cup cacao nibs 1 tbsp sea salt / pink salt ¼ cup pista 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon ¼ cup black raisins (not keto!) ¼ cup popped amaranth/ any popped millet (optional) 8-10 strands saffron kesar Wet mix ¼ cup coconut oil/ ghee 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract ¼ cup monk fruit sugar replacement (or any keto-friendly sweetener) 2 tbsp almond butter 1tbsp Gulkand Seed cycle mix Luteal phase - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds and sesame seeds Follicular phase - 1/2 cup flax seeds and pumpkin seeds Method PREHEAT - the oven to 150* MIX - all the dry ingredients together in a huge bowl WET MIX - all the wet ingredients together COMBINE & DIVIDE - Mix dry & wet ingredients a big bowl. Divide into 2 batches LUTEAL PHASE - mix sunflower and sesame seeds into one batch FOLLICULAR PHASE - mix flax and pumpkin seeds into the other batch BAKE - pour the mixes onto the baking tray , flatten it out. Bake at 150* for 20-30 mins. Mix halfway STORE - once cooled down completely , store into separate jars and enjoy !! What is seed cycling? -Seed cycling is the practice of consuming specific types of seeds during different phases of a menstrual cycle. It helps balance hormones and helps with fertility, PMS, and irregular periods. To understand in detail, There are two phases of our menstrual cycle. Follicular phase or Luteal phase. - The first phase, the follicular phase, begins the first day of your menstrual bleed until ovulation and lasts for 14 days. - The second phase, the luteal phase, starts at ovulation until your next menstrual bleed. It may vary in length but typically lasts for 14 days Seed cycling is very simple. All you have to do is incorporate 1 tbsp of pumpkin and flax seeds daily during the follicular of your cycle. Once you ovulate, you incorporate sunflower and sesame seeds daily during your luteal phase. Remember: While studies don’t directly link seed cycling to hormone balance, they show clear correlations that specific nutritional components in flax, pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds may play a role in supporting your natural hormonal cycle. #plixlife #seedcycling #hormonalbalance #pms #periodcycle

Here's your breakfast for tomorrow!! Not only does this blueberry chia pudding have more protein than two eggs for breakfast, it also supports your hormones in the easiest way possible. 🫐✨ This is one of those meals that looks simple but checks every box. Creamy Greek yogurt brings the protein to help stabilize blood sugar and keep you full, chia seeds add fiber for digestion and sustained energy, and wild blueberries deliver antioxidants that support overall hormone and brain health. We also added a scoop of beeya seed cycling blends, which makes this more than just a high-protein breakfast. Seed cycling is the practice of using specific seeds throughout your cycle to give your body nutrients like lignans, zinc, magnesium, and healthy fats that help support estrogen and progesterone balance. When your breakfast includes protein, fiber, and healthy fats together, you’re setting up steadier energy, fewer cravings, and a more supported hormonal rhythm for the rest of the day. Simple habits done daily make the biggest difference, and this one takes about five minutes to prep. Comment "BALANCE" below if you want to learn how to start seed cycling and make this part of your routine.

Seed cycling is a food-based approach some women use to support hormonal balance. 🔹 First Half (Follicular Phase) Flax + Pumpkin seeds [Often used to support healthy estrogen levels] 🔹 Second Half (Luteal Phase) Sesame + Sunflower seeds [Rich in zinc & vitamin E which support progesterone production] (Some nutrition research supports the nutrient profile of these seeds for hormone function, though large-scale clinical studies are still emerging.) (Seed cycling is a nutritional practice used in functional wellness. Seed cycling is a naturopathic remedy that is claimed to balance hormones by regulating the hormone estrogen in the first half of your menstrual cycle and the hormone progesterone in the second half. However, despite plenty of anecdotal accounts of its usefulness, scientific evidence to back its claims is lacking. Nonetheless, eating seeds is still a great way to improve the quality of your diet and overall health and I would suggest you give this cycle a worthy trustworthy try. Roast and chew the seeds well to ease digestion or if cannot chew well then powder them (in small batches and refrigerate) or soak them before consumption. #nutritionhacks #pcos #nutrition #hacks #fooducate #eatdelete #youarewhatyoueat #liveright #poojamakhija #fooducation #fooducate #carbs #carbsoncarbs #carbohydrates #roti #rice #weightloss #weightlosstips #weightlossjourney #seedcycling #pumpkinseeds #flaxseeds #sunflowerseeds #sesameseeds #vitaminA #antioxidants #antiaging #vitaminrich #skin #skinglow #glow

The IGNORED hormone keeping your hair stuck in shedding phase 👇🏼 It’s not thyroid. It’s not estrogen. It’s PROGESTERONE. Low progesterone relative to estrogen (estrogen dominance) is extremely common in women with hair loss. When progesterone is low, your hair cycle gets disrupted - the growth phase shortens and more follicles stay stuck in the shedding phase. Estrogen dominance also drives up copper, which tanks zinc. Low zinc = worse hair loss. Support progesterone naturally: Seed cycling (flax + pumpkin seeds days 1-14, sesame + sunflower days 15-28), manage stress (cortisol blocks progesterone production), balance blood sugar, and support estrogen metabolism through gut health. Track your cycle for 2-3 months. You’ll start seeing patterns in your shedding and energy.
