The Government of Karnataka has announced the ELEVATE 2025 program, a flagship initiative to empower startups with one-time grants of up to ₹50 Lakhs. This scheme is designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs in building proof-of-concept, adopting scalable technologies, and accessing structured mentorship and incubation support at subsidized government centres. Applications for ELEVATE 2025 will open on 15th August 2025 and closes on 15th September 2025 at 5:00 PM. The program is being organised by Startup Karnataka, Government of Karnataka. For further details or assistance, applicants can reach out via email at elevate-ktech@ka.gov.in or mail to elevate-ktech@ka.gov.in. The program is divided into three categories: 1. ELEVATE 2025 – Open to All Startups: Registered as Pvt Ltd, LLP, or Partnership in Karnataka, turnover not exceeding ₹100 Cr, and startup age of 10 years or less. Focus on innovation, job creation, and wealth generation. 2. ELEVATE UNNATI 2025 – For SC/ST Founders: Same as above, with at least 70% equity held by SC/ST founders. 3. ELEVATE MINORITIES 2025 – For Minority Founders: Same as above, with at least 51% equity held by minority founders. The selection process consists of four stages: eligibility and document verification, pitch deck evaluation, multi-city pitching rounds, and a grand finale. Startups will be evaluated based on innovation, socio-economic impact, business model, team strength, and budget utilization.
