Hip movement has been a powerful practice for my life. I encourage you to do your best as you allow yourself to give it a try. With most things in life, it will take time to teach your body to let go of judgment. The first time I tried hip movement I was very quick judge it… but as my body softened into the moves, I could feel my energy begin to flow and I surrendered to the release. I have cried, laughed, and tingled during this. When you allow your body the freedom to just feel, you begin to learn how powerful your connection to yourself can be. We all carry tension in our hips & because it is the center point of our body, this stuck energy can effect our over-all health. Although there may have been times that you have not felt safe in your life, I want to offer these words for you. “You are safe now. Safe to move. Safe to feel.
