I used Google Calendar and @coolors.co for the color palatte.
Here's 3 tips to supercharge your time blocking technique:
1. Try Theme-Based Timeblocks: Assign specific themes to different time blocks. For example,"creative hour" for brainstorming and ideation, "Deep focus" for complex tasks that need concentration. You can also do themed days, for instance as a content creator I have shoot days, editing days, writing/scripting days. You can make a seperate calendar for each theme on Google Calendar and add nice colors like I did!
2. Experiment with Micro Timeblocks - instead of allocating large chunks of time to tasks, try breaking them down into smaller segments. Just like the pomodoro technique.
3. Lastly, Time block personal time & self care: Schedule breaks during work hours to just walk, grab a snack, relax. You can also schedule some time to work on your hobbies or activities. Sometimes, you might get overwhelmed seeing your calendar filled with only "work blocks", Timeblocking doesn't only have to be work related!

Here’s how in 3 easy steps:
➜ Brain-dump your daily tasks.
➜ Identify your top 3 priorities.
➜ Timebox them - allocate specific time slots in your calendar and commit.

We often fall prey to the Planning Fallacy, underestimating how Long tasks will take us.
