๐Ÿ’ฅSide Lying Hip/Clam Raise๐Ÿ’ฅ Great bodyweight abduction exercise you can do with no equipment. - Start with your legs and torso at 90 degrees (keeping the legs at an angle will work both upper & lower glutes vs straight legs that would focus more on upper glutes) - Post off elbow that should be stacked under your shoulder - Lift both hips to the ceiling while simultaneously raising top leg towards the ceiling This is more of an intermediate exercise, so aim to perform 15-20 repetitions each side for 2-3 sets at the end of your workout and feel the ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ”ฅ For the advanced lifters, place a weight on your top hip to make it more challenging. Great abduction exercise for the glutes while strengthening hips & improving hip stability.
