YES, I am a Massage Therapist for those who didn’t know since 2 years ago.I have been helping many people find relief in their bodies with my treatments. ANY PAIN??? Let me help you 🙌🏻👌🏻 Why It Matters???? • Fascia can get tight after stress, injury, overuse, poor posture, or surgery, and releasing that tension may help reduce pain and improve flexibility. • Myofascial release is commonly used in the full body applying gentle, sustained pressure or stretching to tight or restricted areas to help the fascia and muscles loosen, release tension, and increase range of motion. 💪 1. Reduces Muscle Tightness Gentle sustained pressure helps release fascial restrictions, decreasing stiffness and tension. 🩹 2. Pain Relief Often used for: • Chronic neck and back pain • Shoulder tightness • Hip pain • TMJ (jaw tension) It may reduce pain by improving tissue mobility and circulation. 🤸 3. Improves Range of Motion Looser fascia = better joint mobility and flexibility. Great for athletes or anyone lifting weights (which I know you’re into 💪). 🧘 4. Better Posture Releasing tight areas (like chest, hip flexors, upper traps) can improve alignment and body mechanics. 🩸 5. Improves Circulation The slow pressure may enhance blood flow and lymphatic drainage. 😌 6. Stress Reduction Many people feel relaxed after a session because tension patterns decrease. #mayofacialrelease #bodybuilding #massagetherapist

FIRST MASSAGE SESSION 💆‍♂️🔥 Assessment is the massage. Most people think massage starts with pressure. That’s why most results don’t last. You get a massage. It feels amazing. Two days later — tight again. Why? Because most sessions treat the pain spot, not the pattern. Rubbing what hurts is easy. Fixing why it hurts is different. Your body doesn’t stay tight for no reason. It tightens because your nervous system thinks it needs protection. So before applying pressure, we assess: • Posture • Breathing • Movement • Tension chains The moment we evaluate the system, we start changing it. Massage becomes strategic, not random. We don’t chase knots. We map patterns. Then we apply targeted manual therapy to shift the nervous system — not just the muscle. That’s how relief lasts longer. 🔥 RESEARCH SUPPORT 1. This makes no sense! 😳 -Why do so many massage therapists massage our hamstrings and THEN stretch our quadriceps?? The only logical reason is that this is logistically easy to do. -But “therapeutically”, we should stretch a muscle after it has been first worked (massaged and/or heated). This way it is warmed up and will receive the stretch better. -So, if anything, if we begin with the client prone and we massage their hamstrings, then we should turn them supine and immediately stretch the hamstrings. -Then we massage the quadriceps and THEN we stretch the quads. Of course, with the client supine we would have to change their position to effectively stretch the quads... either side-lying or prone again. -I realize this is not efficient having the client change positions often, but if good Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy is our goal, then we need to sacrifice easy logistics for what is more therapeutically effective! . Stretching a client can take two forms: passive or active. 🔹In massage therapy, most stretches are passive. 👉🏻 The therapist creates the movement. 👉🏻 The client stays relaxed. 👉🏻 The joint is taken into range through the therapist’s hands, positioning, and body weight. The muscle being stretched is asked to let go. The nervous system is asked to trust - and allow it. 🔹 Active stretching works differently. Here, the client creates the movement. 👉🏻 The muscle that performs the action (the agonist) contracts. 👉🏻 The opposite muscle — the one being stretched — lengthens and stays relatively relaxed. The stretch happens through controlled muscular effort - not because it’s being pushed there. ⚖️ One increases range through relaxation. ⚖️ The other builds control within that range. Mobility without control creates instability. Control without mobility creates stiffness. The art is knowing what the body needs - and when. When you stretch, are you adding mobility… or building stability? 🌟

Tight adductors can lead to many problems because they play a key role in pelvic stability, hip mechanics, and lower-body coordination. When they become shortened or overactive, the entire kinetic chain is affected. -Hip restriction & limited mobility -Low back pain -Knee problems -Pelvic floor dysfunction -Groin strains & athletic injuries In athletes, tight adductors increase the risk of groin pulls, hip labral stress, and reduced power output. In my Integrated Deep Tissue with Dynamic Table Thai Stretching approach, releasing the adductors layer-by-layer—combined with hip opening and neuromuscular re-education—restores pelvic balance, improves hip mechanics, and protects the spine and knees. #massagetraining #massagetherapy #massagetherapist #massage #stretching #hipstretch #deeptissuemassage #deeptissue #SportsMassage #athlete #athletic #WassaMassage

Tight hamstrings can lead to a variety of issues, both in athletic performance and daily activities. Here’s an engaging Instagram post idea that highlights why tight hamstrings are problematic and how massage therapy can help alleviate the issue. — **🦵 Tight Hamstrings: The Hidden Culprit of Discomfort! 🚫** Did you know that tight hamstrings can affect more than just your flexibility? Here’s why you should pay attention to those tight muscles: ### Why Tight Hamstrings Are Bad: 1. **Reduced Mobility**: Tightness restricts movement, making it harder to perform everyday activities like bending or climbing stairs. 2. **Increased Injury Risk**: Strained muscles are more prone to injuries, especially during physical activities or sports. 3. **Lower Back Pain**: Tight hamstrings can pull on the pelvis, leading to poor posture and tension in the lower back. 4. **Compensatory Patterns**: When hamstrings are tight, other muscles may compensate, leading to imbalances and discomfort elsewhere in the body. ## How Massage Can Help: - **Release Tension**: Massage therapy can help relax tight hamstrings, enhancing blood flow and flexibility. - **Pain Relief**: Targeted massage techniques can alleviate discomfort and decrease muscle soreness. - **Improved Range of Motion**: Regular massage promotes better mobility, making movement easier and more fluid. - **Holistic Benefits**: Beyond the physical, massage can also reduce stress and improve overall well-being. **✨ Remember, taking care of your muscles is essential for a healthy, active lifestyle! If you're struggling with tight hamstrings, consider booking a massage. Your body will thank you! 🙌** —

Stretching works best when it’s paired with skilled hands. As massage therapists, we know stretching isn’t just about pulling a muscle longer—it’s about helping the body feel safe enough to release tension. When stretching is combined with massage therapy, it can: • Improve hip mobility without stressing the joint • Reduce low-back compensation and strain • Decrease protective muscle guarding • Improve circulation to tight, overworked tissues • Support better posture and movement patterns • Help flexibility actually stick, not rebound tighter Massage helps prepare the tissue, calm the nervous system, and guide the body into better movement—so stretching becomes more effective and more comfortable. This is why intentional, therapist-guided stretching is very different from what most people do at home. Tight hips are rarely just “tight.” They’re often restricted, guarded, and under-moving due to long hours of sitting, repetitive training, stress, or past injuries. When the hip joint loses mobility, the body compensates elsewhere—usually the lower back, knees, or hamstrings, increasing injury risk. Stretching alone isn’t enough. Static stretching targets muscles, but hips are a ball-and-socket joint. Without dynamic mobilization—traction, rotation, and controlled movement—the joint stays stuck, and tightness returns. Mobilization is essential as it restores true joint motion, not just muscle length, decompresses the hip to improve power and range, and helps prevent common athletic injuries (hip impingement, hamstring strains, low-back pain). Combining precise deep tissue release with dynamic Table Thai mobilization—traction, rotation, rhythmic loading, and assisted movement—I restore how the hip is designed to move. •• When one hip is tight, the whole chain feels it•• ➡️ This client was having discomfort in his right hip. When one area gets tight, it pulls on the surrounding tissues and creates a chain reaction through the body. Instead of chasing pain in one spot, I released the structures around the hip to reduce that pull and restore balance. ⬇️ ➡️ As you can see in the video, I take my time with each technique. My work isn’t rushed or rough. It’s specific, controlled, and done with precision so the body can actually respond and release. ⬇️ ➡️ Your body works as a connected system, not isolated parts.
