Products mentioned: ⏺️ Good Grease Cleansing Balm - recommend this for all skin types especially for makeup and sunscreen removal. I love the new packaging. It’s very Korean inspired and no surprise there because their products are formulated in Korea. Budget friendly alternatives include @solvedlabs cleansing balm and @dotandkey.skincare cleansing balm. ⏺️ Hustle Serum - This has a new packaging and I’ve used this one about 3-4 years ago and I remember loving it. It’s extremely pricey but great for someone who wants an ‘all in one’ serum. I wouldn’t expect drastic changes from it, but an overall decent hydrating, barrier comforting serum that hydrated and firms the skin. Can be used AM and PM, is pregnancy/BF safe and can be used with all other skincare. A great alternative is the @akindbeauty multi active serum. ⏺️ In My Defence Moisturiser - The viral IMD is a favourite of many and is one of the few moisturisers in the market with extremely high quantities of ceramides, which is why the price is what it is! Sensitive, normal and combination skin will love it. If budget is a constraint, I think the @cerave.india moisturising lotion is an excellent alternative. This is preg/BF safe. ⏺️ Unkissed SPF 50 PA++++ Sunscreen - This one is my least favourite product from the brand. It stung my skin and how. I know the brand mentions on their page that the encapsulated sunscreen releases heat and hence the stinging but for me, if I pay Rs.2300 I’d like a sunscreen that’s a 10/10! Please check with your physician if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding before use. Disclaimer - I am not a dermatologist. Thoughts in this video are based on personal trial and research. Please patch test and do your own research before use.

Do you do at home self care treatments? I’m a skincare junkie so I love at home skincare treatments! I’ve been using these @depologyskincare serum infused micro dart patches on my eyes. But my secret is I use them on my smile lines too. They are a combination of serum and micro-needling patches together so the ingredients penetrate the skin. I usually sleep in them overnight to get the maximum effect. I apply their serum first (you could use any serum ) and let it dry then apply the patches. I’m almost out so I need to order more. ✨ I still buy skincare, even though I’m gifted so much and I usually can get it for free through work (confessions of a skincare junkie). ✨ I am not always perfect with my regimen, if I’m too tired I have gone to sleep in makeup, just thrown on moisturizer and called it a day when I’m too tired for a multi-step regimen. ✨ I get a rush of happiness whenever I sit down and get a tweakment done on me - I totally understand why patients love to be in the chair - I am that person 😂. ✨ I was doing the most in my 20s and 30s. I was worried too much about aging when I should have appreciated my youthful skin. ✨ I used to be embarrassed about using too much sun protection and sun protective clothing, but now I really couldn’t care less what I look like as long as I’m happy and protected. ✨ Hormonal changes sneak up on you in your 40s (definitely happened to me), so a healthy foundation of collagen and skin really helps when your hormones start to peter. ✨ I really do suffer from imposter syndrome, and probably always will, even though I’ve been doing this for going on 15 years now. ✨ There was a time I stopped enjoying creating content for social media because of the pressure and sponsored content, but after I stepped back and recentered and posted solely what I loved and what I wanted to share with my patients and followers, I started enjoying it again. ✨ No matter how good you are with treatments and creams and sun protection - we ALL will age, you will see changes in your skin related to that and it’s ok. Let’s talk LIP LINERS. The one I used for the first couple DECADES I did my makeup was a Mac lip liner, which worked except it always felt like I was drawing on my face with a colored pencil. And I never quite found THE perfect tone or shade that matched with every other lipstick or lip gloss. And I’m a lippy girlie. I own about 7 thousand lipsticks and lip glosses and lip oils at this point. But I swear to you I have not bought ANY other color or brand or type of lip liner since I discovered this one. It is just utter perfection. Glides on like butter. Water proof, smudge proof and transfer proof. But it has jojoba oil AND hyaluronic acid which if you’re a skincare junkie like me, YOU LOVE. And it all suddenly makes sense why this one feels and works SO MUCH BETTER than allll the others I’ve tried. I will not live without it. I think I’ve bought idk, 6, 7 of them? 😜😆 but really. If one goes missing it’s no problemo bc I have them everywhere. At my desk. In my purse. In my car.
