However it’s probably an overstatement to say it works for 75% of people. -If there is an underlying root cause like a circadian rhythm sleep wake disorder, conditioned arousal, or OSA this isn’t going to touch it. -I have a hard time connecting this to EMDR or any neural pathway since we know the frontal eye fields which control volitonal eye movements go offline during sleep unless the mechanism is paradoxical intention. -What do you think?
