ST🩵the three biggest lessons i’ve learned as a small business owner this year!!
✨1. consistency is key! - but it is tricky!! posting consistently and making new jewelry consistently is HARD but it makes such a big difference, especially for a small business like @sterlingbygolden !!
✨2. lean into your community! i have made SO many friends in the silversmith community or even just the small business community and it has changed everything for me! the support and friendship that come from leaning into that is unmatched!
✨3. even the small victories are still victories!! there were collections i had this year that i only made 1-3 sales total. but reframing my thoughts to a positive perspective of even the small victories mean the world to me definitely kept me going!
