Jeśli jest śnieg, naprawdę warto to zrobić choć raz. Składniki 500 ml śmietanki kremówki 30% lub 36% 2 łyżki cukru pudru 20 g cukru waniliowego z prawdziwą wanilią 2 żółtka Przygotowanie 1. Przygotuj metalową, cienką miskę. Usyp kopiec ze śniegu lub zbierz śnieg do większego pojemnika i wciśnij w niego miskę, żeby zrobić zagłębienie. 2. Wyjmij miskę i do dziury w śniegu wsyp dwie solidne garści soli. To kluczowe, bo sól mocno obniża temperaturę. 3. Do miski dodaj dwa żółtka i od razu wlej śmietankę. Mieszaj rózgą od samego początku. 4. Dodaj cukier puder oraz cukier waniliowy i cały czas mieszaj, aż masa zgęstnieje i będzie miała konsystencję lodów z maszyny. 5. Getoppt mit Bueno und direkt mit den Kindern probiert. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass das so schnell funktioniert – und noch weniger, dass es so schnell weg ist 😄 Gerade ist die perfekte Zeit, das selbst auszuprobieren. Speichern & nachmachen. Barnen tyckte det var kul och vi ska absolut göra detta igen men då ska vi tillsätta kakao eller kondenserad mjölk. Kanske blir det mer lyckat då. 😁 Funkar dessutom utmärkt som en aktivitet från nissen! Glöm inte spara! 🌸 Till glassen använde vi 5 dl grädde och 5 msk florsocker och lite vaniljpulver!
