De mis workouts favoritos en Madrid, no solo por el ritmo (es rápido y se pasa volando), sino por las máquinas, el espacio y el ambiente. Sales sintiendo que has trabajado todo el cuerpo y sin caer en la monotonía. (IMPORTANTE!) Como punto a mejorar: no siento que las profes corrijan demasiado la técnica. Al ser clases con bastante gente, pasan muchas cosas a la vez… pero aún así, merece mucho la pena. 🔥❤️ #madridfitness #entrenamientomadrid #workoutmadrid #fitnessspain #gymmadrid
