A lot of fun and a lil bit of RAH 🦕🦕🦕 So so proud of this comp and the training and mental work that went into it. 10 weeks ago I couldn’t move without pain let alone deadlift and to show up and get a pr total is something that I’m so incredibly blessed for. They say it takes a village and I’m so grateful for every single person who supported me through this. Firstly thank you to my family for supporting me through everything and truly being my rock- I love y’all. A humongous thank you to @jonny_bbad for being the most incredible coach and gym dad and putting up with me even when I was in tears, none of this would be possible without you. Thank you to everyone @fortitudebarbell and all the love y’all show me, I don’t think I could have walked into a better gym 4 years ago. Thank you to @david_performotion for handling me on the day! The best comp we’ve ever had together and it was so much fun! Recovering from my hammie tear to compete at nats would not have been possible without @starttrainingstafford , y’all are incredible and helped me heal at a speed I didn’t even know was possible. Thank you to @lift_dietetics for making my nutrition the best it’s ever been and helping me make weight easier than ever haha. Lastly, shoutout to my beautiful friends for supporting me throughout everything, from the comp, brissy, overseas, everywhere- I love y’all and I’m so grateful God brought us together 💗.
