Since attempting that PR the other day, l’ve been feeling bittersweet. I use to be in love with squats, I looked forward to it every week because I got to test my limits and I knew I had such a supportive community. I had to move back to my home state for health reasons primarily and had to leave behind a life I fell in love with. It wasn’t any crazy place but it was the personal growth and connections I had made. It’s starting to come back to me... the love for squats and wanting to shoot for more and more just bc I know 1 can but it’s definitely harder without community but I needed this moment so l’m grateful. #gym #squats
