_TStadion Kritik beim FC Schalke 04 🏟️
Ich habe die VELTINS-Arena des FC Schalke 04 besucht und das sind 4 Kritikpunkte & Dinge, die mich bei einem Stadionbesuch beim S04 stören! 👇
Meine Kritik:
📌 Flaschen ohne Deckel:
Bestellst du dir auf Schalke einen Softdrink, bekommst du diesen zwar in einer Flasche, aber ohne Deckel. Der Grund: Geschlossene Flaschen könnten als Wurfgeschosse verwendet werden. Das Problem dabei ist, dass die Mitarbeiter jeden Deckel einzeln abreißen müssen und das kostet Zeit. Außerdem wären Flaschen mit Deckel praktischer zu tragen und der Inhalt wäre besser vor Schmutz oder Insekten geschützt.
📌 Pommes-Schlange:
Pommes sind auf Schalke sehr beliebt, aber genau das sorgt oft für lange Wartezeiten. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten schnell und auch die Geräte laufen auf Hochtouren, trotzdem sind die Kapazitäten begrenzt. Ein zusätzlicher Zeitfaktor: Mayo und Ketchup werden direkt am Kiosk vom Personal abgepumpt. In anderen Stadien machen Fans das selbst, meist an einem extra Stand, was die Abläufe deutlich beschleunigt.
📌 Platz-Beschriftungen:
Beim Suchen deines Sitzplatzes solltest du genau hinschauen. Die Blöcke sind nicht klassisch durch Treppen getrennt, sondern mitten in den Sitzreihen. Das ist zwar eine clevere Lösung, wird aber zum Problem, wenn Beschriftungen fehlen, verschmutzt oder schlecht sichtbar sind. Andere Stadien lösen das mit klaren Hinweisschildern am Blockeingang besser. Das geht auch auf Schalke besser!
📌 Rollstuhlfahrer-Plätze:
Ein Punkt, der mich schon lange beschäftigt, sind die Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer. Diese befinden sich auf der Gegengerade direkt hinter der letzten Sitzreihe im Unterrang. Positiv: Die Wege sind kurz, es bedarf keine Aufzüge und das Stadionfeeling kann normal wahrgenommen werden. Problematisch wird es aber, wenn Fans vor ihnen aufstehen, dann ist die Sicht stark eingeschränkt. Wirklich optimal gelöst ist das nicht.
