Such an amazing place to visit the landscape and views are incredible! The route and viewing area can get quite busy. However, there is loads of tracks that are less popular that have equally as good views and you will be mostly alone!
Definitely add this to your list if visiting Scotland!
It’s pay and display parking too.

VEcome with us to the old man of storr - or at least as far up as we got 😅 we bizarrely decided to take the strenuous route on the way up, even though we're both not the fittest and i have lung disease. i started to feel quite sick and breathless near the top, so we had to turn back. we've done this climb once before, around 5.5 years ago, and it's safe to say we didn't do as well this time, as last time we got to the top. the climb and the views were still incredible though. we love skye but have only been a couple of times together because it's so far out of the way, but we're hopeful we can try to go every couple of years now.

What may seem like a random rock in the hillside completely changes based upon the angle you view it. This is one of the most core elements of photography - try to see the world from different angles. Also, this kind of shot is called an orbit, and I did it manually, so I’m pretty proud of that.
An Stòr is the Scottish-Gaelic name for this famous sight on Isle of Skye. You may better know the name Old Man of Storr or simply The Storr. This and the Quiraing are tied for favorite hike on Isle of Skye. If it is on your Scotland Travel Itinerary- it is super worth seeing!

STThis place on Isle of Skye is well-known and cool. Apart from photographying there I wanted to capture the play of the clouds over the rock stacks.
Here too, it was the usual setup (Sunwayfoto tripod and Haida CPL and CND 0.9 filter).

📍Glenfinnan Viyadük 🚂
••416 yarda (380 m) uzunluğuyla İskoçya'nın en uzun beton demiryolu köprüsüdür ve Finnan Nehri'ni 100 fit (30 m) yükseklikten geçer. Taşıdığı Batı Highland Hattı tek hatlıdır ve viyadük korkuluklar arasında 18 fit (5,5 m) genişliğindedir. Viyadük 792 fit (241 m) uzunluğunda bir eğri üzerine inşa edilmiştir.

••Kilchurn Kalesi 1400'lerin ortalarında inşa edildi ve 150 yıl boyunca Glenorchy'li kudretli Campbell'ların üssü olarak kaldı. 1689'daki ilk Jakoben Ayaklanması'ndan sonra Kilchurn bir garnizon kalesine dönüştürüldü, ancak 1700'lerin sonunda terk edildi.
