PUStracciatella con tomates cherry asados
Esta receta es muuuy rica y especial para todos esos eventos que se vienen de fin de año y fiestas.
Les comparto la receta 😋
Ingredientes:
250 g de mozzarella Fior Di Latte (venden en Líder, jumbo y Juan esparraguito una bolsa azul con blanco buenísima )
200 g de crema (clásica cajita de crema de leche)
250 g de tomate cherry
Aceite de oliva
1 cdta de azúcar rubia
Ralladura de limón
Sal
Pimienta
Hojas de albahaca o orégano frescas
Pan libanés (lo compro en supermercado)
Crema balsámica (venden en jumbo y otros lados o pueden hacerla en thermomix pídanme la receta por interno)
Preparación:
1. Desmenuza la mozzarella en un bowl.
2. Agregar la crema y revolver hasta lograr textura homogénea.
3. Refrigerar idealmente varias horas (mínimo 4)
4. Hornear a 200 grados los tomates cherry aliñados con aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta, azúcar rubia, ralladura de limón y hojas de albahaca o orégano. Hasta que se doren sin moverlos, puede ser en el sartén si prefieres.
5. Haz unas pitas de pan libanés o masas de taco (con aceite de oliva y sal) horneadas a 180 grados
6. Saca la stracciatella del refrigerador y sal pimientala antes. Monta todo como el video en frío, alíñalo nuevamente y a GOZAR!

En 5 minutes chrono, transforme une simple mozzarella en une crème onctueuse et filante, digne des meilleures tables italiennes 🇮🇹.
🥄 Ingrédients
• 2 boules de mozzarella
• 150 ml de crème fleurette entière
• Sel, poivre, piment d’Espelette
• Mélange d’épices italiennes
• Feuilles de basilic frais
• 1 filet de miel
• 2 figues fraîches
• Pain complet bien croustillant 🥖
🔥 Préparation express
1. Écrase la mozzarella à la fourchette.
2. Ajoute la crème liquide bien froide et mélange jusqu’à obtenir une texture crémeuse.
3. Assaisonne avec sel, poivre, piment d’Espelette et épices italiennes.
4. Dresse avec un filet de miel, des figues fraîches coupées et quelques feuilles de basilic.

FOStraciatella (aka the burrata filling) Board 😻❤️ aka the queen of all apps…trust me…do not be fooled by the simplicity of this, it is epic. This is obviously inspired by the #butterboard trend.
Yes you can serve it on a plate or a dish too but I like it on a board 😅.
Ingredients:
•1 burrata ball or 2.
•2 tbsp honey.
•1 tbsp chopped calabrian chiles.
•basil leaves to taste.
•olive oil to taste.
•flaky sea salt (generously).
•toasted pine nuts.
•black pepper.
Directions:
1.- place parchment paper on your board. 2.-cut open your burrata and spread all that straciatella goodness.
3.- combine the honey & calabrian chiles.
4.- swirl the hot honey over the straciatella & drizzle olive oil.
5.- add flaky sea salt, black pepper, pine nuts & basil.

Clearly this is not the traditional way of making stracciatella but a quick hack that works, and keeps you from buying it at TJ’s 👀
Stracciatella is the filling of #burrata and it is basically pulled mozzarella curds soaked in cream, so this lil shortcut works if you don’t want to make mozzarella from scratch or can’t find mozz curds like me ❤️.
Ingredients:
•8 oz fresh mozzarella.
•3/4 cup heavy cream (add 1/4 c more if you want it looser).
•1 pint sugar bomb tomatoes.
•8 basil leaves.
•1/4 cup chives.
•1/4 c pistachio.
•large handful arugula.
•1.5 tbsp white balsamic.
•1/4 cup olive oil (more for drizzling).
•1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano.
•1.5 tsp honey.
•salt and paper to taste.
•crushed red peppers.
Directions:
1. shred the mozzarella with your hands pretty small, add the cream and let it sit covered in the fridge for at least 4 hrs.
2. preheat a pan for 2 on high.
3. poke a hole on some tomatoes. Add them to the pan and cook until blistered, about 4-5 min.
4. add the basil, arugula, chives and pistachio to a food processor and processb into pretty small. Add in the parmigiano, salt, pepper, balsamic, honey and olive oil. Process until smooth.
5. add the sauce to the warm tomatoes.
6. serve the tomatoes atop the stracciatella add crushed red peppers, black pepper and olive oil.
