RA⚠️String Hopper Kottu | better than fried rice 🍚
Whenever I have leftover string hoppers and meat curry, without a doubt, I’m making string hopper kottu.
If you’ve never had string hoppers, think of them as steamed rice noodles (just rice flour and water) that soak up flavour like a dream. Toss them with some veggies and beef curry and it instantly becomes a top-tier dish.
The ultimate comfort meal that comes together in 15 minutes.
All you need:
8-10 string hoppers (don’t ask me how to make this from scratch - I’m still learning)
2 cups of beef curry
1/2 cup of shredded carrot
8-10 curry leaves
1 cinnamon stick
4 cardamom pods
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 stalks of green onion
Squeeze of lime
