Feeling like your syllabus is way too much and time is way too less? 😩Don’t worry, this plan works for every student, no matter what you’re studying! 📚 1. START WITH A PLAN, NOT PANIC 🧭 • Write down all topics. Mark them as: 🔴 Must-study 🟡 Should-study 🟢 Quick-revise • Focus on what truly matters first. 2. USE THE 45–15 RULE ⏰ • Study 45 mins, then take a 15 min break (stretch, hydrate, walk). • This keeps your focus sharp and avoids burnout. 3. ACTIVE RECALL 🧠 • Study → Close book → Recall what you learned aloud. • If you forget → recheck → recall again. This cements memory fast. 4. FEYNMAN METHOD 📖 • Teach the topic as if you’re explaining to a 10-year-old. • If you can’t explain simply → re-learn that part. 5. MINI NOTES MAGIC ✨ • Write only keywords, dates, formulas, or definitions on one sheet. • These become your last-day revision lifesavers! 6. POMODORO HACK🍅 • 25 mins full focus + 5 min break × 4 rounds → 30-min longer break. • Perfect for when you’re struggling to sit for long hours. 7. SLEEP + REVISION COMBO🌙 • Before bed, revise what you learned in 5 minutes. • Sleep boosts memory, this literally doubles retention! 8. BLUR METHOD 📖 • Read → Close → Recall → Check → Repeat • Each time, recall more detail. • This method forces your brain to actively remember instead of glazing over text. 9. PAST PAPERS = SECRET WEAPON📑 • 50% of exam prep = understanding question patterns. • Practice last 5 years’ papers • Highlight repeated topics, and time yourself to build exam stamina 10. SMART REVISION STRATEGY 🌙 • End your day with a 10-min recall session • Next morning, quickly review what you did yesterday — daily repetition = long-term memory. You don’t need 10 perfect study hours ✨ You just need 5 focused ones done right✨ 📌For Study Schedule read pinned comment 📌 #studytips #studygram #exam #growthmindset #study #short #reels #trending #explore #fyp

Check caption once✨ Not what you think ☁️ While the topics and subjects you study play a fundamental role, the timing of your self-study is equally important. Take the two students above and imagine them studying the exact same topic and subject: which one would be more focused? A study schedule that feels calm and quiet to the mind inevitably leads to better focus and improved retention. 📌 Step 1: It’s All About Belief Believing in yourself and your ability to learn matters more than forcing yourself into a rigid routine. 📌 Step 2: Find What Works for YOU To discover the best time to study, try different periods of the day. Research shows the brain retains information best when it’s fully alert and engaged — and that looks different for everyone. By finding and sticking to a time that aligns with your natural rhythm, you’ll improve both the quality of your learning and your overall performance. ✨ If you want to learn how to study smarter (not longer), comment “Oreate” and I’ll send you my lesson on how to excel in competitive exams by studying at home.

📅 How to Study From Scratch When You’re Behind in School ✨ If you feel lost, behind, confused, or don’t know where to start — this routine will help you RESET and catch up fast 👇 ⸻ 📘 Step 1: Accept You’re Behind — Then Start Small You don’t need to finish everything today. You just need to begin. Make a simple list: ✔️ Chapters you skipped ✔️ Topics you’re weak at ✔️ What’s coming in your exam This becomes your catch-up roadmap. ⸻ 📚 Step 2: Study Schedule (4:00 PM → 12:00 AM) Perfect if you come home overwhelmed and behind: 4:00 – 4:30 PM → 🍽️ Snack + decompress You can’t study well when your mind is overloaded. 4:30 – 5:30 PM → 📖 Session 1 Start with the EASIEST topic → build confidence. 5:30 – 5:45 PM → 🍵 Break 5:45 – 7:15 PM → 🧠 Session 2 Study your HARDEST chapter using: • Feynman Technique → explain in simple words • Pomodoro (25–5) → stay focused without burnout 7:15 – 7:45 PM → 🍽️ Dinner break 7:45 – 9:15 PM → ✍️ Session 3 Practice questions + PYQs (This closes learning gaps QUICKLY.) 9:15 – 9:30 PM → 🚶‍♀️ Refresh break 9:30 – 12:00 AM → 📒 Session 4 Active Recall + Spaced Repetition Revise yesterday + today → this makes you RETAIN everything. ⸻ 🌿 Toppers’ Catch-Up Strategy 🔸 Don’t start with the hardest topic first → build momentum 🔸 Daily 15–20 mins of Maths practice 🔸 Use Active Recall for all theory subjects 🔸 Use Spaced Repetition for long-term memory 🔸 Avoid multitasking — focus on ONE subject per block 🔸 Keep a small to-do list with only 3 tasks 🔸 Study in cycles, not marathons ⸻ 💫 Reminder: You’re not behind. You’re just starting now. And that’s enough. My Study Habits in Med School that got me Multiple Distinctions x 🏅🏅🏅🏅 🏅MAKING NOTES IN CLASS, no matter how sleepy or tired I am, but I would always write imp points down. It would give me an idea about what was taught in class. 🏅STUDYING EVERYDAY, first from my notes then from the course books. I would study everything after coming back from the uni and just like that my everyday was productive. 🏅Always going by a STUDY SCHEDULE before any substage, test, assessment, mids. I would always try to cover syllabus beforehand and would never leave it all to cover at the end. 🏅Using PAST PAPER BOOKS in the start of the year, it would give me an idea about the type of questions asked in the exam and how to attempt them because in course books everything is too scattered and unorganised, making you confused. 🏅Always Prioritising STUDY SMART than hard, by that I mean i never was a bookworm because you dont need to be one in order to score well. 🏅Taking SENDUP EXAMS SERIOUS, I would always study really hard for the sendups just as they are profs and I would make a detailed study schedule. And for Prof prep I would follow the similar schedule. 🏅REVISION, I cant emphasise enough on this how important it is to keep a few days at the end of your Sendup prep or prof prep and even on the prof exam day. I would always try to keep my early mornings hours before exam to just do an ultra quick revision, more of a visual memory and it always made the difference.
