JANo one talks enough about how exhausting it is to be a writing-type learner.
If I don’t write it down, it doesn’t stick. So yes - I’ve rewritten pages, skipped through notebooks, condensed textbooks into notes, and somehow convinced myself this is the only way my brain understands information.
This is what studying looks like for me. Not aesthetic shortcuts, not “overnight success” - just repetition, discipline, and trusting the process even when it feels slow. Every page flipped is proof of effort. Every line written is one step closer.
