MAHere is the earliest footage of @daneburman skateboarding.
We used to go to primary school together and after we left primary school i was skating down at Caringbah Supa Centa and all i hear is this "POP BANG SCHHHHHHH" he literally ollied his way into the car park from the street into the top level of supa centa.

Comes up and says "Hey Mark I didn't know you skated!"

We were both 15.
.
We skated every weeknight every day after that for many years. My mother got me a Pentax camera which had video recording that was for my 16th birthday along with a @joshkalis Alien Workshop board and all i could think about was just capturing footage and learning 360flips.
.
I had a website on dial up 56k haha - back in the day called “Skate Down Under” and I would upload all content of all local skate spots and I posted photos of friends doing tricks and each friend had a profile it was so rad. Dane jumped on board and was psyched.

Dane was one way ahead of everyone else, you would be learning kickflips he would be popping hardflips. I was dedicated, I was as passionate as much as he was. but man when pure talent and passion combine that’s when you know someone is born to do it.

I knew at that moment i saw Dane on the board.

I remember saying to him "Lets go into the City, have you ever been? " he said no.
.
He said “I have watched Juice, XEN videos but never been”
.
"lets go this weekend ill film you at all the spots martin place etc."
.
We trained it in had the best time.
.

This is Danes first Kickflip into pit most of it was first shot too.

Everything came like second nature to him. I'd ask him to do "well why dont you try and nollie back heel off the drop, you do perfect nollie heels and nollie back 180s ... Bang second go .. Hes got it!"

I used to call him the trick dog, he was so easy to film.
.
I held on to this for so long and haven’t done anything with it.
.
I think anything you capture especially a moment in time like this should get it’s airtime - don’t lock it away.

This was one of the best times of my life.
