Viele der häufigsten Probleme, die ich im Alltag sehe, entstehen genau hier: Nährstoffe werden eingenommen, aber zur falschen Zeit, nüchtern statt mit Essen oder in Kombinationen, die sich gegenseitig blockieren. Ein klassisches Beispiel ist Eisen zusammen mit Kaffee oder Calcium. Bestimmte Inhaltsstoffe können die Aufnahme deutlich reduzieren. Das Supplement ist dann zwar eingenommen – kommt im Körper aber kaum an. Auch der Magen spielt eine große Rolle 🧠 Probiotika, Zink, Schwarzkümmelöl oder Omega-3 auf nüchternen Magen führen bei vielen Menschen zu Übelkeit oder werden schlechter vertragen. Das hat nichts mit „schlechter Qualität“ zu tun, sondern mit der Physiologie der Verdauung. Andere Nährstoffe wirken eher aktivierend oder beruhigend – und sollten deshalb zum passenden Tageszeitpunkt genommen werden ⏰ Vitamin-B-Komplexe oder Vitamin D können am Abend eher Unruhe fördern, während Magnesiumbisglycinat oder Ashwagandha bei manchen Menschen morgens müde machen. Wichtig ist: Diese Effekte sind individuell. Nicht jeder reagiert gleich – aber niemand profitiert von blindem Supplementieren. Mehr ist nicht besser. Richtig ist besser 🌱 Wenn Du Supplemente nutzt, lohnt es sich, nicht nur auf die Dosierung zu schauen, sondern auf Aufnahme, Kombination und Alltagstauglichkeit. Our bodies actually absorb more magnesium, when we take small doses at multiple different times during the day and into the night. So if you want to get the most benefit from your magnesium supplement. Look for brands that include around 90 to 110 mg of elemental magnesium per dose or per capsule. And take this at 2 to 4 different times during the day and into the night (at least two hours between each dose). Supplementing this way will maximise absorption and maximise the benefits.
