CONTINUITY Choreographic work performed by Natalia Drozd and developed together with Love Andersson during the residency at Lubelski Teatr Tańca in Poland, July2025. Commissioned choreography by BWA Wrocław - The Contemporary Art Gallery. Natalia Drozd is a professional freelance dancer and choreographer based in Gothenburg, originally from Wrocław, Poland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in dance from the Stockholm School of the Arts (2021). Participated in the P.A.R.T.S. Summer School 2025 advanced programme. She is the first dancer from the younger generation to be authorised by Yvonne Rainer to learn and perform Trio A, transferred by Sara Wooky. I shared material from ZURÜCK ZU ALI (Back to Ali), a dance piece about my grandfather Walter „Ali“ Beyer, who fought in the communist resistance during National Socialism in Hamburg. The piece connects personal memory and political research. And explores how biography and family history can be transmitted through the body.
