Happy Birthday to Andrei Tarkovsky. Tarkovsky is a filmmaker who appreciated cinema. He made films that will challenge us and encourage spiritual and intellectual growth. Tarkovsky is, for me, a visionary of cinema. A real artist who not only provided life-changing experiences that I continuously think about, but an artist who valued artistic integrity over crowd-pleasing and making films just for money.
