How to study when mentally tired 😩🔥 Read caption ‼️ . Strategy / technique / Rules . 1. 30/4/3 Method This structured approach helps manage your study sessions efficiently: 1. Study for 30 Minutes: Dedicate thirty minutes to focused study without any distractions. 2. Take a 4-Minute Break: After the study session, take a short break to relax and recharge. 3. Repeat 3 Times: Complete three cycles of 30 minutes of study followed by a 4-minute break. 2. 5-Second Rule The Five-Second Rule is a simple but powerful technique to overcome procrastination and get started on tasks: Count Down from Five: When you feel the urge to procrastinate or are hesitant to start studying, count down from five (5-4-3-2-1). Take Action: At the count of one, take immediate action on your task. This could be as simple as opening your textbook, writing the first sentence, or starting a practice problem 3. Study Ratios Work for: Break for: 20 min → 3 min 30 min → 5 min 45 min → 10 min 1 hr → 20 min. 1 hr 30 min 45 min 1 hr 45 min 50 min 2 hr 1 hr Don't work more than two hours without a break. It may lead to burnout and lack of motivation. 4.Study ratios for tests Type of Eval Time per Session Sessions per Week or Total Duration Quiz 1-2h/session 2-3 sessions/week Chapter Test 3-4 hours/session 3-4 sessions/week Midterm Exam 4-6h/session 5 sessions over 2-3 weeks Final Exam 6-8h/session 6 sessions over 3 weeks Project 2-3h/session 2-3 sessions/week starting 3 weeks in advance Paper/Essays 2-3h/session 3-4 sessions/week starting 2-3 weeks in advance Of course this is a personal process so take the time you need to feel confident before the test :) . @aizuu_stdy_21 ‼️ . . #aizuu_stdy_21 #studymotivation #studygram #studentslife #studynotes #reelsinstagram #supportme #studygram

How to study 12 hours daily as a lazy student 12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life. 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower + exercise + breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends, evening walk, dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy students because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips: 1. When you start your study session, make sure you completely avoid cozy areas and your mobile phones. 2. Natural light is very important, so try to study in natural light. 3. When you take 2 hrs of break, you can sleep for some time to relax your mind. 4. You can also take a break for 2 to 5 minutes in between study sessions. 5. To make these long study hours easier, I use Oreate AI to turn my lectures into podcasts and flashcards, summarize notes instantly, and generate study outlines — so I spend more time focusing and less time organizing. 6. Constantly think about your goals.

“When you don’t feel like studying.” Most students fail because they waste the last 30 days. If your exam is close, read this before it’s too late. Stop waiting for the “right mood” to study. It never comes. You don’t need a new routine - you need to start. Read till the end if you actually want results, not excuses. Yes, I know you want to top the exam - but let’s be honest, you’re lazy (just like I was Exams are close, yet you’re stuck fixing your routine.” You wake up late, lie in bed, overthink, and delay starting. That hesitation? That’s exactly what kills grades. Relax. l’ve been in the same mess. The only difference? I found the right strategy at the right time - just like you found this reel right now. IMPORTANT TRUTHS (STOP LYING TO YOURSELF) * What time you wake up doesn’t matter - productive hours do * After waking up, don’t overthink - open the book immediately * Don’t chase perfect routines or sleep schedules * Just study 8-10 focused hours daily Simple Routine (No Drama) 8:00 AM - Wake up 8:00-11:00 - Study 11:00-1:00 - Brunch / shower / rest 1:00-3:00 - Study 3:00-4:40 - Free time 4:30-6:30 - Study 6:30-8:00 -Break 8:00-10:00 - Study 10:00-12:00 - Chill 12:00 - Sleep ONE-MONTH PLAN (FOR LAZY BUT SMART STUDENTS) Step 1: Split 30 days into 3 parts 10 days × 3 phases Step 2: First 10 days — Finish syllabus + backlogs Focus only on important topics Smart study beats long study (lazy people must study smart) Step 3: Next 10 days - High-weightage revision List important chapters & topics Revise + practice questions daily Step 4: Last 10 days - Game-changer phase Give 1 mock test Revise everything again This becomes your second revision Two solid revisions are enough to top if you focus on high-weightage areas. Also, follow @doctor_combatt I’ll keep reminding you to study and bring useful, practical tips every single day. Now stop scrolling. Start studying. #trending #virals #mbbs
