If someone is giving advice on PTSD, Bipolar disorder, BPD, or any condition that requires clinical training, be careful. The truth is that some days I am drained and my emotional capacity is depleted. I am honestly overstimulated and quick to irritation! I know what helps me release some of the agitation and feel more regulated in my body, so it’s on me to hold myself accountable make sure I am not being an impatient and agitated partner, because that’s just not fair! πŸ’­Anyone else a little over overstimulated at the end of a long day? πŸ˜… . . πŸ‘‰ Save this and follow me for more mental health + therapy humor @therapist_in_chicago
