I don’t like to go too long on any cardio machine so here is a 20 minute (if we want to be exact it’s 18 mins lol) treadmill workout that I like doing before weights! If needed, go slower and modify to your fitness level 🤍 Reminder: nutrition is EXTREMELY important when it comes to feeling and looking your best. This workout alone will not “transform” and lead to fat loss. Proper nutrition and nourishment is essential.
