And that means posting your content at the right time. 🕒 If you’re posting once a day, start by testing 10am EST. 🕒 If you’re posting twice a day, post the first one at 10am EST and the second one at 7pm EST. 🕒 If you’re posting 3 times a day, post the third one at 1pm EST. 🕒 And if you’re posting 4 times a day? Publish the fourth post at 9pm EST. As for what days to post? Every day is ideal, but Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays tend to perform best. Sundays? Not so much. Quick Tip: After you post, spend the next 30 minutes on TikTok replying to comments and engaging with other content to keep the momentum going. And most importantly, these are just guidelines. ➡️ Find the right people for your content. 
But if your content is vague, broad, or missing key signals it needs - it’s like handing the Instagram a blank map and expecting it to know where to go. When I started CLEARLY telling Instagram WHO to show my content to… I was shocked at what happened. Almost 200k new followers in less than a year. This is what I call the keyword trick and it’s one of the easiest, most overlooked ways to trigger reach. You need to use keywords in your spoken hook. In your text on screen. In your captions. ✅ Want moms to watch your Reel? Say “for moms who [insert keywords]” 
✅ Targeting biz owners? Start with “if you run a business…” 
✅ Helping people with anxiety? Literally say the word “anxiety” in your hook. The algorithm listens. It “reads” text on screen. And it processes your voice. 
It takes your words and tries to match them to an audience who’s already engaging with content just like that. So when your content is clear, niche and uses the right keywords → your Reel reaches more non-followers.
