Ingredients
-5 tablespoons Nutella
-200 g butter (softened)
-100 g white sugar
-100 g brown sugar
-2 eggs
-2 tsp vanilla
-200 g chocolate chips (or more if you like)
-450 g flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tap baking soda
-A pinch of salt
Instructions
1-Place 1 tablespoon of Nutella onto cling film. Wrap it into a small ball.
2-Repeat until you have 5 Nutella balls.Put them in the freezer until firm.
3-In a bowl, whisk the butter well until smooth. Add white sugar and brown sugar, and mix well.
4-Add the eggs and vanilla, then mix again.Stir in the chocolate chips.
5-Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.Mix everything together until a soft dough forms.
6-Divide the dough into 5 equal balls.Take each ball,place a frozen Nutella ball inside.Seal the dough around it to fully cover the Nutella.
7-Place the stuffed dough balls on a baking mold.
8-Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Rahmân ve Rahîm olan Allah’ın adıyla…
“Andolsun incire ve zeytine, Tûr-i Sînâ’ya ve bu güvenli beldeye ki, biz insanı en güzel biçimde yarattık. Sonra onu aşağıların aşağısına indirdik. Ancak iman edip salih amel işleyenler müstesna… Onlar için kesintisiz bir mükâfat vardır. Artık bundan sonra sana dini yalanlatan nedir? Allah hükmedenlerin en hikmetlisi değil midir?” (Tîn, 1-8)
Allah Teâlâ bu sureye incir ve zeytin üzerine yemin ederek başlar. Bu iki nimet sadece bir meyve değil; bereketin, şifanın ve hikmetin sembolüdür. İncir, yaratılışın inceliğini ve sanatını hatırlatırken; zeytin Kur’an’da “mübarek ağaç” olarak anılır, nurun ve bereketin simgesidir. Ardından Tûr-i Sînâ’ya ve emin belde olan Mekke’ye yemin edilir. Bu yeminler bize şunu hatırlatır: Ey insan! Sen başıboş değilsin. Vahiy ile yoğrulmuş bir hakikatin içindesin.
“Biz insanı en güzel biçimde yarattık” ayeti, surenin kalbidir. Allah insanı akıl, kalp ve ruh ile donatmış; ona büyük bir değer vermiştir. İnsan sadece etten kemikten ibaret değildir. O, emanet taşıyan bir varlıktır. En güzel şekilde yaratılmak sadece dış görünüş değil; ahlak, kabiliyet ve sorumluluk demektir. Yani insan, yeryüzünde Allah’ın halifesi olabilecek bir şerefle yaratılmıştır.
Ancak hemen ardından gelen ayet sarsıcıdır: “Sonra onu aşağıların aşağısına indirdik.” Eğer insan nefsine esir olur, hakikatten yüz çevirir ve kalbini karartırsa; o yüce makamdan en aşağı seviyeye düşer. Bu düşüş; ahlaki çöküş, manevi boşluk ve kalbin kararmasıdır. İnsan ya imanla yükselir, ya da gafletle düşer.
Fakat Rabbimiz kapıyı kapatmıyor: “Ancak iman edip salih amel işleyenler müstesna…” İşte kurtuluş yolu burada. İman ve salih amel birleştiğinde insan tekrar yücelir. Allah bu kullarına kesintisiz bir mükâfat vaat eder. Bu mükâfat dünyada huzur, kabirde nur ve ahirette ebedî cennet olarak tecelli eder.
