These are They can often keep you from doing all the other activities and workouts you love. These are my top 4 exercises to get my lower back feeling better QUICKLY! FYI I The exercises below increase in difficulty, as your flare up improves you can incorporate more into your routine. 1️⃣CORE STABILIZING EXERCISES have been one of the biggest game changers for me! My top exercises are McGill Sit Ups, Swiss Ball Roll Outs and Hollow Body Holds 2️⃣CHIROPRACTOR seeing an experienced chiropractor has been crucial not only by offering adjustments and soft/deep tissue massage but can also trace the pain it is root causes (think your jaw or big toe… super random lol) and alleviate them. TMJ release 👄 has literally changed my life!! My chiropractor is @myblochwellness 3️⃣MOBILITY/YOGA hip opening poses like Malasana and Pigeon have done wonders for preventing disc herniation flare ups in addition to mobility work like with exercises Shinboxes and Shinbox Get-Ups 4️⃣CRYOSAUNA is my go-to for extremely effective short term pain relief.
