Crispy tostadas stacked with smoky shrimp, fresh guac, and a high-protein chipotle crema… this might be the best way to eat shrimp.
🔹Ingredients
Tostada Shells:
* 4 low-calorie corn tortillas
* Cooking spray + Pinch of salt
Shrimp:
* 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
* 1 tsp olive oil
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp cumin
* ¼ tsp pepper
* ½ tsp salt
* Juice of ½ lime
Guacamole:
* 2 ripe avocados
* ¼ red onion
* 1-2 fresh serranos or jalapeños
* 2 garlic cloves
* Juice of 1 lime
* 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
* Salt to taste
Chipotle Crema:
* ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
* 2 chipotle peppers + 1 tbsp adobo sauce
* 1 garlic clove
* Juice of 1 lime
* Pinch of salt
* Splash of water
Toppings:
* Cilantro + queso fresco or cotija cheese
🔹Instructions
1. Make the Tostada Shells:
* Air fry 375°F 5–7 min or bake 400°F 8–10 min (flip halfway)
* Use a butter knife to keep them flat.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
* Hot pan, medium-high, 2–3 min per side
3. Make the Guacamole:
* Mash avocados the mix rest of ingredients.
4. Blend the Chipotle Crema:
* Blend all ingredients together.
* Adjust thickness with a splash of water.
5. Assemble:
* Guac → shrimp → crema → cilantro → cheese → squeeze of lime.

1 tbsp diced red onion
2 tsp diced jalapeno
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cilantro
creamy chipotle sauce:
3 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp chipotle sauce
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp cilantro
4 tostada shells
instructions ⬇️
season shrimp with the listed seasonings above, lime juice, & oil.
air fry shrimp at 400F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
in a bowl, mix the listed ingredients for the creamy chipotle sauce.
in another bowl, mix the listed ingredients together for the guacamole.
assemble by spreading guacamole on the surface of the tostadas. add the cooked shrimp, drizzle the sauce, & top with pico or cilantro.

5 Lbs beef chuck
1 red onion
10 cloves garlic
15 oz fire roasted tomatoes
1 can Chipotle sauce 8oz
3 ancho chilis
3 New Mexico chilis
1/2 chili water

1.5 lbs chicken breast
1/2 onion
6 garlic cloves
2 bayleaves
2 tbsps chicken bouillon
2 liters of water
Instructions:
Add everything to the pot and cook on high heat until it reaches a boil then lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then shred apart and reserve 1/2 a cup of the chicken broth for later.
Tinga Ingredients:
9 oz beef chorizo
100 grams onion julienned
1 garlic clove minced
5 roma tomatoes chopped
3 tbsps chipotle adobo sauce
