I’m not always personally managing every touchpoint that makes this possible. Leads get instant replies. Follow-ups happen. Patients who haven’t been in for months are excited to start their treatment. That’s the system at work. And I think this is the thing most practice owners don’t fully understand until they experience it. The goal is not to work harder on communication. The goal is to build communication infrastructure that works when you’re not watching it. Your team should be freed to do the human parts, the conversation, the relationship, the moment in the chair. The tracking, the timing, the follow-ups, that’s the system’s job. Last week was proof that when the system does its job, my people do theirs better.
