Here’s something prenatal providers see all the time: Fatigue. Leg cramps. Heartburn. Anxiety. Hemorrhoids. Poor sleep. Most women are told, “That’s just pregnancy.” But why would be tell women that pregnancy is essentially random chaos, when we KNOW it’s purposeful physiology. And physiology communicates. When blood volume is low, you feel dizzy or exhausted. When minerals are depleted, muscles cramp. When digestion is under-supported, reflux shows up. When the nervous system is overloaded, sleep disappears. Symptoms aren’t supposed to be punishments, they’re signals trying to get your attention. Not everything in pregnancy can be solved, but far more can be supported than women are told. You’re not dramatic. You’re not weak. And your body isn’t betraying you. It’s asking for something. Learning how to read those signals changes everything about how you experience pregnancy. Water Breaking A sudden gush or a slow trickle of fluid. If this happens, contact your healthcare provider. 🌸 5. Nesting Instinct A sudden burst of energy and the urge to clean or organize everything 😅 🌸 6. Loose Stools or Nausea Hormonal changes before labour can upset your stomach. 🌸 7.
