THI finally tried reformer Pilates… and I actually really enjoyed it!
I’ve put it off for so long because I thought I wouldn’t be able to get my feet into the straps. Silly me, I did it and it wasn’t even that hard.
It’s funny how we can hold ourselves back with those little doubts.
I did a free trial class with my daughters and I’m so glad I gave it a go. If you’ve been curious about it too, please make this your sign.
