As we age, it’s not just the skin that changes. Collagen and elastin decline, making skin less firm and more prone to drooping. Underneath, the fat pads that give our faces youthful shape shrink and shift, and even the facial bones gradually recede.

As usual I had a few pre-birthday ‘tweaks’ to ensure I am feeling my best despite another year older 😉. Most of you who have followed me for a while will know I’m totally honest about what I do – and also that I’m so squeamish I can’t contemplate having anything more invasive than a little Botox 😬😳
