A couple of exercises require a cable machine but if you don’t have one just substitute it for something else. Sometimes my weekly split is more defined by muscle group and sometimes I hit a little bit of everything everyday. I’m not trying to be shredded!!! I just want to feel confident in a tank top and be able to lift my babies and have arms that look toned and sculpted but not bulky. And I knew I wasn’t going to get there by forcing myself into 60 minute workouts I don’t even want to do in the first place. Because in this stage of life, I don’t have time for that and I’d rather pour that energy into my work or my family. Which is why I live by everything I do, taking less than 5 minutes a day! And 5 minute arm toning workouts? YES THEY WORK!! With or without weight. I do both! I focused on posture-based movements and light resistance that build tone without bulk. I do these without weights or with weights. I keep a weight rack in my bathroom in my office so I can just do them randomly. These micro-workouts activate your muscles, improve circulation, and support lymphatic drainage - so your arms feel less puffy and more defined in minutes. Even just 2 minutes before dinner makes a difference!!!! Comment REMINDERS and I’ll send you 10 posture exercise reminders throughout the next few days – throw in some arm pumps while you’re at it!!!
