SABeach style fish fry🐟
Beach style fish fry powder
Channa dal 2 tbsp
Urad dal 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 2&1/2 tbsp
Pepper 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Roasted peanuts 2 tbsp
Red chilli 3
Garlic 7-8
Cinnamon 1/4 inch stick
Cloves 2
Curry leaves
Roast for 5 min and turn off the flame.
Now add 1 tbsp rice flour, salt and make fine powder.
Fish marination
Kulambu Milagai thool -3 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Water 3-4 tbsp & make a thick paste.
Marinate the fish with the masala and rest for 30 min.
Now coat the fish with prepared beach style masala powder on both side and shallow fry in oil.
Serve it with sliced onion and lemon.
