Unlike a Scalar (which is just a number, like your age or the temperature), a Vector is a quantity that needs TWO things to be complete: 1️⃣ Magnitude: How much? (Represented by the length of the arrow). 2️⃣ Direction: Which way? (Represented by where the arrowhead points). The final and core part of the strategy. I’m not going to go too much into this as it’s an active area of research. The largest edge of these models is their ability to accurately and consistently model shocks. From the accurate ability to model shocks we’re able to hammer large positions due to high convictions. Because we are picking up on unobserved information, we are able to be proactive -> getting the ideal entry and price while price consensus is decoupled from what is actually going on. 📣 In times of calm the strategy doesn’t gain too much, but in periods of shocks, high volatility, and fear when most are in panic and uncertainty mode, we load up and thrive. Those are the most profitable periods. Estos campos se usan para modelar fenómenos físicos como el flujo de fluido o las fuerzas gravitacionales, donde una fuerza o velocidad diferente existe en cada lugar. Puede visualizar un campo vectorial como una colección de flechas, cada una representando el vector en un punto específico, con la longitud de la flecha que indica la magnitud del vector. Una función paramétrica (o conjunto de ecuaciones paramétricas) describe una curva o superficie donde las coordenadas (x, y, z, etc.) se expresan como funciones de una o más variables independientes llamadas parámetros.
