This quick technique that takes seconds can help you get rid of your vertigo symptoms in minutes especially if it’s related to fluid build up….. quick things to consider. If you pull, and there is pain, do not continue…. You can do it multiple times a day If it doesn’t help the first time, try it a few times Don’t pull too hard to cause pain Let me know if it works for you. #sleep #allergies #vertigo

1. Dizziness is NOT one thing. Spinning ≠ lightheaded ≠ off-balance — they mean different things and can point to completely different causes 2. The most common cause? Often your inner ear (BPPV). If it happens when you turn your head or roll in bed… think “crystals,” not stroke. 3. Anxiety can cause real dizziness. Your brain and body are connected, this isn’t “just in your head.” 4. Migraine isn’t just headache. It can cause dizziness, sometimes even WITHOUT pain (vestibular migraine) 5. Dehydration & low blood pressure matter. If you feel worse standing up, this can be a big clue (orthostatic symptoms). 6. Neck tension plays a role. Your brain uses your neck for balance signals. 7. Most dizziness is treatable. But only if you identify the pattern. Which one sounds like you? ↪️ Save this, you’ll want to come back to it #dizziness #vertigo #vestibularmigraine #neurology #doctor

Vertigo, dizziness, and balance issues are absolutely debilitating and so many times we see a multitude of doctors and we don’t get to the root cause of it. Sometimes it’s caused by BPPV where the crystals in the ears move. Other times it’s a sinus issue. And yet other times, it can be something you would never expect… at the end of the video we go over the most commonly overlooked cause I see for people getting car, sickness, and dizziness. #hashimotos #vertigo #dizzy #balance #wellness

🌿 Key Benefits 1. Improves balance & stability Regular stretching and vestibular exercises train your brain and inner ear to work better together → reducing chances of falling. 2. Reduces frequency of vertigo episodes Specific movements help reposition inner ear crystals (common in BPPV), decreasing spinning sensations. 3. Enhances blood circulation Neck and upper body stretches improve blood flow to the brain, helping reduce lightheadedness. 4. Relieves neck stiffness Tight neck muscles can worsen dizziness—stretching eases tension and improves posture. #vertigo #dizzinessrelief #vestibularrehab #neckpainrelief #healthtips

Dizziness won’t go away? It could be this neck muscle. If you’ve been dealing with dizziness, you might already be doing exercises… but if you’re not addressing this specific muscle, you could be missing a key piece. 💡 What’s happening? This muscle (the SCM) runs from the bone behind your ear down to your collarbone. When it’s tight, it can pull your head forward and to the side, which can interfere with how your brain senses head position — an important part of balance. 🔥 Why this stretch works The SCM rotates your head to the opposite side, tilts it to the same side, and helps pull it forward. So to stretch it effectively, you have to do the opposite of what it does. That means: Tilt away from the muscleRotate toward the muscleThen look up to fully lengthen it This combination creates a deep stretch from behind the ear all the way down to the collarbone. 🛠️ Exercise to reduce tension + dizziness 1️⃣ SCM stretch (3-step position) Tilt your head away from the side you want to stretch. Then, rotate toward that side like you’re looking over your shoulder. Finally, look upward to deepen the stretch. You can gently pull to increase intensity, but keep it controlled and pain-free. This targets the full length of the muscle and helps reduce the tension that can contribute to dizziness. Improving mobility and reducing tension here can help your brain get clearer signals about head position. Give it a try! #dizziness #neckpain #scm #neckstretch #vertigo mobility posturecorrection
