THA room can be fully decorated and still feel unfinished if nothing is leading the story. You need a ‘main character’ moment, one focal point that gets the first glance. It can be art, a fireplace, a big light fixture, a bold rug-anything. Once that’s set, everything else becomes supporting cast, and your room suddenly feels intentional. If your space feels random, you probably just need a star. I do this with my fireplace, a large focal art, gallery wall, a paint color, wallpaper. Every thing else falls into place.
